Madhav Granite & Marble is located at 20/7 Vijaya Nagar. We deal with stone, which is pretty obvious from the name. It’s heavy and hard work and our yard at 20/7 is usually full of different slabs of marble and granite. Vijaya Nagar is where we’ve been located for a very long time. It’s not meant to be a polished showroom like the ones you might see in a big mall. It’s a real working yard. There is usually some dust and the constant sound of moving heavy stone around. We actually like it that way because it feels like real work. People come to see us when they are building a new house or maybe just fixing up an old one. We show them exactly what we have in stock at the moment. My name is Madhav and I run the place with just a few hands to help me with the heavy lifting. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. You just come in, look at the granite and marble for yourself, and we talk about what you need for your project. It’s a practical business for practical people. Vijaya Nagar is a good spot for us to be. We’ve grown to know many of the local builders and homeowners over the years. Sometimes the stock gets a bit disorganized when a new shipment comes in, but we always know where everything is. Moving these heavy pieces takes a lot of time and care. We don't like to rush things.
