Our office, Madarsaheb & Co, is situated at N11 on the ground floor of the Unity Buildings on Jaya Chamarajendra Road. We are right opposite the LIC Building, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to just walk in when they have something they need help with. The JC Road area is incredibly busy with all the shops and traffic, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Inside, we keep things fairly simple. It’s a workspace designed for efficiency rather than looks. We deal with a variety of professional services, mostly helping people navigate through different types of paperwork and official requirements. There are a few of us here, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know the neighborhood well and have seen it change quite a bit over the years. We don’t go in for fancy talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just do the job that’s put in front of us. Sometimes it's a lot of running around to different offices, and other times it’s just sitting and checking figures. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business. We value the fact that people can just drop by and talk to us face-to-face without a lot of formalities or appointments. We are usually here from morning till evening most days.
