Our place is right here on the MSR College Campus in Mathikere. It's a big campus, but the hotel management side has its own rhythm. M S Ramaiah College Of Hotel Management is where we spend our days teaching students how a kitchen actually runs or how to handle a front desk. It’s noisy sometimes with all the cooking classes going on. People are always moving around in uniforms. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a long time. The Mathikere area has changed a lot, but the college stays busy. We aren't just about books here; there’s a lot of hands-on stuff. You’ll see students practicing how to set a table or cleaning up after a practical session. It’s hard work, honestly. Being in the hospitality business means long hours, and we try to show the kids that early on. The faculty mostly consists of people who have worked in real hotels before. We have labs and classrooms, but the most useful learning happens when something goes wrong and we have to fix it. It gets crowded during admissions, but otherwise, it’s just the usual routine of lectures and kitchen duty. We're easy to find if you're near MSRIT. It’s a solid place for anyone who doesn't mind getting their hands a bit dirty in a kitchen. We focus on the basics and making sure our students are ready for real jobs in the future.
