M Pack Industries

We run M Pack Industries out of Nayandahalli 39. It is a very industrial part of the city, so don't expect a lot of trees or quiet parks around here. Our unit is a large, open space filled with the smell of paper and the sound of heavy machines. We spend our days making boxes and other packaging materials. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. The floor is usually covered in scraps of cardboard, no matter how much we sweep. We have a small corner with a table where we eat our lunch and have tea. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time, so we are like a small family. We don't have any fancy signs or a big entrance. People just know us by the number 39 on the gate. The work is physically demanding and your arms get tired from lifting stacks of material all day. We have to be careful with the machines because they can be dangerous if you aren't paying attention. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which is just part of living in this area. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our orders come from factories nearby that need stuff packed up for shipping. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to get the orders done right and get them out the door on the trucks.
