Benson Town is a pretty decent place to have an office, even if N D D Road gets a bit noisy with all the traffic passing by. We have been here at number 222 for quite a few years now. Most of our days are just filled with basic paperwork and answering the phone when it rings. It is not a very large office, just a small space with a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We mainly handle things for people who live or work around this part of Bangalore. Sometimes the internet goes down for an hour and we just sit around and talk until it starts working again. The lunch break is usually the best part of the day because there are some really good small food stalls just down the street where we get our tea. We do not have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture here, just the stuff we need to get our work done. It is a very standard routine for us every morning. We get in, open the windows to let some air in, and wait to see what the day brings. There is usually a lot of filing to get through in the afternoons. You really get used to the sounds of the scooters and buses after being here for a while. We keep things very simple and don’t bother with suits or ties. We just try to finish our tasks so we can head home to our families.
