M B S Real Estate is found over at 26 Sulthanpalya. We are quite close to Laxmi Ba in the Gangenahalli area. The streets around here are pretty tight, so parking a car can be a real headache sometimes. I usually just walk if I’m going somewhere nearby. Our office is a small room where we keep all the maps and property records. It’s a bit cluttered with old files and notebooks. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask if any new plots have come up for sale. We know most of the families around here since we’ve been in Sulthanpalya for quite some time. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. There is a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news, though nobody really watches it. Gangenahalli is a busy place with a lot of shops and small houses tucked away. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, walking around and looking at different sites. The sun can be quite brutal, so I always keep an umbrella handy. It’s a lot of talking to different people and trying to figure out who wants what. Nothing happens very quickly in real estate, so there is a lot of waiting around for paperwork to get cleared. That’s just the way things go in this business.
