Liebert Ups Systems is tucked away on Church Road, right at the 1st Cross in New Thippasandra. We handle a lot of work involving power backups and UPS units for homes and small offices. Our shop is filled with heavy metal boxes and the smell of old electronics. There’s always a hum in the air from the units we have plugged in for testing. We spend most of our time opening up these systems to check the batteries or swap out faulty circuit boards. It’s technical work, but it’s also very dirty because these machines sit under desks and collect a lot of dust over the years. We have a small workbench with a few multimeters and a soldering station. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive, so we have units sitting on the floor waiting for their turn. New Thippasandra is a busy neighborhood, but our little stretch of Church Road is slightly quieter. People usually come to us when their power goes out and their backup doesn't kick in. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who understand how these power systems are supposed to behave. It’s mostly about troubleshooting and making sure the connections are tight. We don't use fancy jargon; we just tell people if their battery is dead or if the board is fried.
