You can find us at Shanthi Nagar D C Hali Main Road 16. It's a busy stretch of road and we are right in the middle of it. Legacy Of Punjab Hotel Ramanashri is what's on the sign outside. It’s a bit of a long name, I know. We mostly deal with people who are traveling through or living nearby in Shanthi Nagar. The kitchen is always the loudest part of the building. You can hear the pans clanking and the chefs shouting orders to each other throughout the day. It gets quite warm in there, especially during the summer months. We don't have a lot of space for parking, so things can get a bit chaotic out front on the main road. We try to keep the dining area tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, it's a constant job. We focus on the food more than the decor. The chairs are sturdy and the tables are clean. That's what matters most to the people who eat here. We’ve had the same staff for a good while now, so we all know how the other person works. It helps avoid too many mix-ups when things get hectic. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just this one location at number 16. We show up, we cook, and we go home. It's a simple way to make a living and we’re glad to be part of the community here.
