Le Meridien Bangalore

You can find us at D-701 in the Sterling Residency. That’s on 5th Main, 7th Cross in the RMV II Stage area, which a lot of people just call Dollars Colony here in Bangalore. It’s a nice enough part of the city, with 560094 being the code. We’re based out of this residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a typical corporate environment at all. There’s a lot of greenery around, and you can hear the birds in the morning if the traffic isn't too loud yet. Our space is basically an apartment that we’ve turned into an office for Le Meridien Bangalore operations. It’s got a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a balcony where we sometimes stand just to get some air. The rooms are filled with desks and papers everywhere. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at the same time, but we make it work. The security guards at the gate know us by name now. It’s a quiet way to work, away from the big busy hotels themselves. We handle the back-end stuff here, the things people don't usually see. Sometimes we have meetings around the dining table because it’s the biggest flat surface we have. It’s not fancy, but it’s home for the workday. We’ve been here for a bit and know the local shops well.
