It might seem a little confusing because the name says Bangalore, but we are actually located in Pathiriyal, which is in the Malappuram district of Kerala. Our office is at a place called Sudarsana, and it is a lot greener and quieter here than the busy streets of a big city. We are surrounded by trees and the pace of life in this part of India is much slower. Most of us who work here at Larsen Toubro Infotech Bangalore really enjoy the atmosphere of being in the 676123 area. The building is simple and functional. We spend most of our time on computers, just like any other tech-related office, but when we look out the window, we see a lot of nature. We don't have a big cafeteria or a gym; we just bring our lunch from home and eat together. It’s a very grounded way to work. Sometimes the rain in Kerala can be really heavy and we just listen to it hitting the roof while we type away. We don’t talk much about corporate strategy or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have been given and try to do a decent job. It feels more like a small community than a branch of a massive company. We just show up, do our tasks, and enjoy the quiet surroundings of Malappuram while we work through the day.
