Our office is on the first floor over in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, right at number 13. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main hub but quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think most of the time. We’ve set things up simply because that’s how we like to work. There’s a small area where we keep all the files and a couple of desks that have seen better days but still do the job just fine. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in before the day really kicks off. RT Nagar is a nice place to be based; there’s always a good spot nearby to grab a quick bite when we’re too tired to cook or bring lunch. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit more than we’d like, but we eventually get through it together. It’s not the kind of office you see in magazines, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just typing away at our computers. People in the building are friendly enough, and we’ve become part of the local furniture over the years. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun starts to set.
