Lafarge Aggregate & Concrete India (P) Ltd

We’re located in HSR Layout, Sector 4, right across from the BDA Complex on 15th Cross. Bangalore is a big place, but this neighborhood has its own specific feel. Our office handles the concrete and aggregate side of construction projects. We’ve got a lot of building going on in this part of the city, so we stay pretty busy most of the week. It’s not a high-tech office even though we are in a tech-heavy city like Bangalore. It’s more of a place where we keep our logs and talk to the site engineers on the ground. The traffic around the BDA Complex can be a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find our door. We have a small team here that manages the orders and makes sure the logistics are handled properly without too many hiccups. We don’t really do anything fancy. It’s just about making sure the materials get to the construction sites when they are supposed to be there. Sometimes we have to deal with heavy rain or traffic delays, which is just part of the job in this city. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we are used to how things move. It’s a practical operation. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping the supply chain moving for the local projects. It’s a decent place to work.
