La Bella Beauty Parlour

La Bella Beauty Parlour is up on the first floor at Number 68, 2nd Main Road in Vyalikaval. We are in the Palace Guttahalli area of Bangalore, not too far from Rajesh Hotel. Being on the first floor makes it a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level, but you can still hear the Bangalore traffic outside. To get to us, you just walk up the stairs of the building. The space inside is modest, with a few stations for hair and skin work. We’ve got the usual setup—mirrors, chairs, and some basic equipment for facials and threading. It’s not a very big shop, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have more than two or three customers at once. Most of the ladies who visit live in the Vyalikaval area or work nearby. They come in for simple things like getting their hair trimmed or a quick cleanup. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some functional furniture and our tools of the trade. The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal. People often talk about what’s happening in Guttahalli while they get their work done. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It’s a straightforward place where we just focus on doing our job and looking after the local regulars who support us throughout the years.
