L And H Plastic Industries operates out of Banashankari 3rd Stage, specifically in the 7th Block at number 75. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers; it is more of a local operation that we have been running for years. The space is filled with the smell of plastic and the sound of machines running most of the day. We produce various small items that people use in their homes or businesses. Sometimes the floor is covered in scraps and the bins are overflowing, but that is just part of the process. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room for visitors. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back handling the materials or checking the molds. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is turned on. We handle everything ourselves, from the raw material to packing the finished goods into boxes. It’s hard work and our hands are usually dirty by the end of the shift. We’ve had some of the same customers for a long time, and they know we just do our best with what we have.
