Kumarakam Lagoon

We are located in the Janapriya Lake View Apartments, specifically in Phase-2. Our door is 1012. If you are coming through Kodichikkanahalli, you just head towards Bommanahalli in Bangalore. It’s a pretty big complex, so it can be a bit confusing for people who haven't visited before. We usually tell people to look for the main gate and then follow the signs for the second phase. The 76 pincode area is quite crowded these days with all the new shops. Inside the apartment, it’s mostly just us working out of one of the rooms. We handle the Kumarakam Lagoon details from here. It’s not a big corporate office with cubicles and a reception desk. It’s more of a home-style setup where we keep our computers and all the documents. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting a while if we need to go down to grab lunch or meet someone at the gate. The view of the lake is nice when the weather is clear, though. We’ve been here for a bit now, and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a practical way to run things without having to deal with the noise of the main road. If you’re coming over, just give a ring at the main gate so they let you in. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so we usually suggest coming after the morning rush.
