If you head down to the Bengaluru Diary Circle area, you’ll find Kohinoor Granite & Marble at Office No.-21,1. We are right on Bannergatta Main Road in Adugodi. It’s one of those parts of town that never really sleeps. The traffic is almost constant, and the sound of horns is just part of the background for us. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of the granite and marble stocks. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of moving stone in such a congested area. Getting a truck in and out of here takes some skill. We have different types of stone coming in from various places. Some of it is rough, and some is already polished up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to customers who manage to find a place to park. It’s not a quiet job. The dust from the road mixes with the stone dust, so we’re always cleaning something. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy stone yard, things tend to get a bit messy. It’s just the reality of the business. We focus on the slabs we have and making sure people get what they saw. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We’re just a local business trying to keep up with the pace of Bengaluru.
