Kkrm College Of Hotel Management

We've been at No.5 on Rajaram Mohan Roy Road for a good while now. Running a hotel management college like Kkrm means there is always something going on in the kitchen or the front office labs. People walk past our gate every day, maybe smelling whatever the students are cooking up. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a place where young folks come to learn how to actually work in a hotel. We spend a lot of time making sure uniforms are pressed right and tables are set correctly because that's what the job is. The building itself has seen a lot of students come and go. Some stay in touch, others move on to big hotels elsewhere. We don't have a marketing team. It’s mostly just us instructors and office staff trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the sinks leak or the schedule gets messy, but we figure it out. It's a busy road outside, and we're right in the middle of it. If you've lived in this part of town, you probably know the spot. We focus on the basics here. There’s no point in talking big if you can’t bake a decent loaf of bread. We just try to keep the classrooms clean and the equipment working so the kids can practice. The kitchen gets really hot in the afternoons, and students are always rushing to get their plates ready. We have a small library too, mostly full of old textbooks. It’s not a quiet place, but things get done. We don't have a big parking lot, so people just park where they can. It’s a bit of a mess, but that’s life here.
