We have been running this small shop at No. 5/1 Krishna temple Road for quite some time now. Indiranagar is a busy place, but our 1st Cross corner stays a bit more manageable even with all the cars going by. It is mostly just us here surrounded by monitors, tangled wires, and old CPU cabinets that people left behind. The workspace is usually a mess of screwdrivers and thermal paste. When someone walks in with a laptop that won't turn on, we just take it apart and see what is actually happening inside. We don't have any fancy receptionists or waiting lounges with coffee. There are just a couple of plastic chairs if you want to sit while we check a minor issue. Sometimes the power goes out or a part we ordered gets delayed in the mail, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just deal with it. It’s a plain business. We sell some basic accessories too, like mouse pads and chargers that people always seem to lose. The fan in the ceiling makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the heat down while we work on motherboards. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the computers brought to us actually work again so people can get back to their own jobs. It's steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we close up for the night.
