A2Z Home Appliances is based out of Basavanagar Phase III, specifically at house number 351. It’s a quiet enough area, and we’ve set up shop right here to be close to the homes we visit. We spend a lot of our time looking at broken machines and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It’s a lot of grease and tools most days. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our work happens on the workbench in the back or out at someone’s house. We keep a lot of parts around, so the place looks a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. It’s just a few of us working here. We aren't some giant corporation with a call center. When you call, you usually get one of us directly. Basavanagar is a good spot for us because we can get around easily from here. We’ve been at number 351 for a good while now. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a repair, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t put on any acts or try to sound more important than we are. We fix things, that’s about it. People know us for being around and just getting to work without a lot of fuss. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever comes through the door.
