Karnataka Polymers & Granites

Running a place like Karnataka Polymers & Granites out here in Jigani is a lot of hard work. We are right on the Mumbai Pune Highway at 41-B. Being on the highway means there is always a layer of dust on everything, and the sound of trucks never really stops. It’s a heavy industry kind of area. We deal with a lot of polymers and granite blocks. It is heavy, physical work and our hands usually show it. The yard is big but it always feels full. We have machines going for a good part of the day. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We are usually in boots and rough clothes. 41-B is a good spot for transport, though. Trucks can pull in and out without too much trouble. We’ve been here in Jigani for a while and have seen the highway change quite a bit. Karnataka Polymers & Granites is just a straightforward business. We don't have a front desk person or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the loading area or in the small office checking the manifests. It’s loud and busy, but that’s just how the highway life is. We keep the granite stacked and the polymers ready to go. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. There is always a lot to do before the day ends.
