Karavali Beach

Karavali Beach is located in a bit of a complicated spot in Seshadripuram. The full address is 4th Main, 4th Cross, 4th Stage, West of Chord Road, Rajajinagar Industrial Estate 92. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you find us near the industrial estate, it’s not too hard to get to. We focus on the kind of food you’d find near the coast. It’s a lot of coconut and different spices that we grew up with. The vibe inside isn’t like a beach resort; it’s more like a local canteen. We have some posters on the walls and the furniture is pretty standard stuff. Since we are near the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, we get a lot of people who work in the nearby factories and offices. Lunchtime is usually a bit of a scramble, with everyone trying to eat quickly before heading back to work. I’m often the one making sure the bills are paid and the supplies are coming in on time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we all chip in where we can. We don’t have any slick slogans or big promises. We just cook the food the way we know how and hope people like it. The area is more about work than leisure, but we provide a nice little break in the middle of the day. Our staff is mostly people who have been with us since the start, so we know the drill.
