Kaneria Granito Ltd.

Kaneria Granito Ltd. is based out of Mahadevapura, specifically at number 27, Tavamana Nilaya. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard spot for businesses like ours. We deal with granite and tiles, so there is often a bit of dust around the place and heavy slabs being moved about. It’s physical work and not always very clean, but it’s what we do. The office part is tucked inside the building. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the right materials are going to the right sites. Mahadevapura is a busy hub, so there is always something happening outside our doors. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the gate. Most of the people working here have been around for a while and know the trade well. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits; we’re usually in boots and practical clothes because of the stone. Sometimes the samples get piled up and we have to reorganize everything just to find a specific color or finish. It’s just how the tile business works. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the slabs out the door. The building itself is an older one, Tavamana Nilaya, which gives it a bit of character compared to the newer glass towers nearby. We just keep at it.
