The facility is mostly taken up by machinery and stacks of paper. It’s a bit noisy when the machines are running, so we usually have to raise our voices to talk. We’ve been on Banneraghatta Road for a long time. It’s a major road, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If you come by, you’ll just see us in our work clothes getting the orders ready. We handle a lot of bulk requests for various businesses. It’s repetitive work but it requires a lot of attention to detail so nothing gets printed wrong. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of rules; we just focus on getting the stacks of forms out the door on time. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them, which isn't fun. But that’s just how it goes in a place like this.
