Vashis House Of Jean Shack

Our little shop is over on Kamaraj Road, right next to the Metro Shoes place. If you are walking down the street, you will see us at Shop No 9. It is called the Jean Shack because that is basically what we deal with most of the time. We have piles of denim everywhere. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage to find a place for everything. We spend a lot of our time folding pants and putting them back on the shelves after someone tries them on. The street outside is always noisy with people and cars, but inside it is just us and the clothes. People from around the area come in looking for a pair of jeans that actually fits right. We don't do anything too fancy here. There is a small space to try things on and a mirror that has been there for years. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the evening rush dies down. Kamaraj Road is a good spot because there is always something happening. Sometimes we just stand by the door and watch the crowds go by when it is slow. Finding the right pair of jeans takes some digging through the stacks, and we are used to that. It is just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to the neighbors. We like the spot we have next to the shoe store.
