Finding us at No.26/5 in Vijaya Nagar is usually okay once you spot the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple nearby. We are tucked inside the Jagruti Industrial Estate on Pandit Satavalekar Marg. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes with all the small units, but we’ve been at this desk for quite some time now. Most people come to us because they’re confused about their paperwork or need to renew something. We sit down, go through the forms together, and try to make sense of the fine print. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it needs to be done right. The office is small and usually smells like tea because we’re always having a cup while we work. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk here. If a policy is good, we say so. If it’s not, we tell you that too. It’s just us helping out neighbors and local workers with their insurance needs. The temple is a good landmark if the GPS gets wonky. Sometimes it gets busy on Monday mornings, so things might be a little slow then. We just take it one folder at a time and try to keep everything organized in the filing cabinets. It's a simple setup, but it works for what we do. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan.
