I work out of 580 Deepanjali Nagar helping people with their insurance papers. Most people know that dealing with policies can be a bit confusing with all the forms and terms, so I just try to make it simpler. I have been around this area for a long time. Usually, I meet people at their homes or they come by here to discuss what they need for their families. It is not a big office with many staff, just me handling the paperwork and answering calls. Deepanjali Nagar is a nice place to be based in. I spend a lot of my day reading through updates and making sure the files are in order. It is quiet work mostly. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but I get through it eventually by the end of the week. I don't use any fancy systems, just a pen, paper, and my old records in the cabinets. People trust me because I tell them how it is without using big words they don't understand. It is a responsibility to look after these things for my neighbors. I usually have tea while going over the folders in the afternoon when it gets a bit slower. It is a steady life, and I like being able to help out the people who live nearby with their future planning. Sometimes the rain makes the street quiet, and I just sit and organize my desk. I have lived here so long that I know everyone.
