You can find us over on Pwd Road in Kathriguppe. We are part of the Bsk 3Rd Stage area in Bangalore. It’s a lively part of town, always something going on outside our doors. Inside at Kajaria Ceramics Ltd, things are a bit more focused on the heavy lifting. Tiles are not light, and we spend a good chunk of our day moving them from one side of the room to the other. The traffic on Pwd Road can be a headache, but it brings people our way. We don’t have a big polished showroom. It’s more of a working space where the tiles are the main thing you see. The Bangalore weather is usually okay, so we keep the doors open. We get a lot of dust from the road and the ceramics, so cleaning is a never-ending job. We’ve got different sizes and patterns scattered around. It’s not perfectly organized like a magazine, but we know where everything is. It’s just a few of us here. We talk to the builders and the homeowners who wander in. We aren't here to give a big sales pitch. We just show what’s on the shelves and let the stuff speak for itself. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now and it feels like home, even with all the heavy boxes.
