We are over at House No. 404, Sri Vigenesh Nilayam on Anjaneya Temple Street. Kadina Garments Pvt. Ltd. isn't some big industrial plant; we work out of this building and keep things pretty simple. The street is usually busy because of the temple nearby, so there’s always a bit of a buzz outside our doors. Inside, we have our setup for making clothes. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the stitching and making sure the sizes are right. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or working with the fabric rolls. The building, Sri Vigenesh Nilayam, is easy to spot once you get on the right street. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a while. We don't do much in terms of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we do. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down, but we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and head home. There are no big meetings or corporate talk here, just the daily grind of making garments and keeping the orders moving along as best as we can. We usually lock up around six in the evening.
