Surabhi Granites

We run Surabhi Granites out of No. 15 on Magadi Main Road, over in the Machohalli area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our gate. We have a large yard where we keep the granite slabs leaning against each other. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things with the crane when someone wants to see a piece that’s buried in the middle of a stack. The weather can make it tough sometimes, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy. We have a small shed where we keep the more delicate pieces and where we do some of the cutting. It’s a noisy place because of the saws and the traffic from Magadi Main Road. Most of our customers are locals from Machohalli or contractors working on nearby buildings. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small table and a few chairs where we can sit down and talk about sizes and prices. It’s a simple life, focused on the stone and the work that goes into preparing it. We’ve been here at this location for a while, and people know they can find us easily on the main road. We just try to keep the stock moving and the yard organized as best as we can. It’s just how we do things here. We just work steady and handle things as they come.
