Junior Engineer Elect

We’ve got our office set up in Vijayanagar, right near Maruti Mandir. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around 18th Cross or 22nd Main. The place belongs to B. D. Ramananda, and we’ve been operating out of here for quite some time. It’s an electrical-focused workplace, so there’s usually some wires or components sitting on the tables. We don’t really go in for the whole "modern office" look. It’s more of a functional space where we can actually get things done without distractions. You can usually reach us on the landline if we aren't buried in work. The area is pretty busy, especially with the temple nearby, so there's always something happening outside. We like the energy of Bangalore, even if it gets a bit loud. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just show up, see what needs doing, and do it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes we just sit and talk about how to fix a specific problem over a cup of coffee. It’s a very local, relaxed atmosphere. We’re just regular folks who know a bit about electrical work and enjoy being part of this neighborhood. We don't need a lot of praise, just a job that’s done right. That's how we keep things going here for the people we serve.
