Josh Thermotech Industries

Our place is in the CMR Building on Hennur Main Road. If you know Lingarajapuram, you know it can be a bit crowded, especially during peak hours. At Josh Thermotech Industries, we do a lot of work with thermal equipment and industrial heating stuff. It’s a lot of metal and technical bits. The workshop usually has a bit of a hum from the machines running. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started. Mostly, we are busy with repairs or putting together parts for different industrial setups. It’s hard work and your hands usually end up pretty dirty by the end of the shift. We aren’t really the type of people to sit behind desks all day. We’d rather be looking at a piece of machinery trying to figure out why it isn't heating up right. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can slow things down, but that’s part of the trade. The location is good for us because it’s easy for people to find once they get onto the main road. We see a lot of the same faces coming in for advice or specific parts they can't find elsewhere. It’s a steady kind of life. We just keep the lights on and the tools ready for whatever job comes in through the door next. Nothing fancy, just honest work with heat and metal. Sometimes it gets loud, but that is just the way it goes here.
