Our place is situated at number 186 on the Jigani Link Road. It is a long stretch of road with a lot of different companies, and we have been here for a good amount of time. Focusing on scientific setups means there is a lot of technical equipment and metalwork around the facility. It is a busy spot, especially with the transport trucks constantly moving up and down the link road. The building itself is quite functional. Fancy landscaping or a big glass lobby isn't something we have. Inside, it is mostly workstations and areas where we assemble the lab furniture and other pieces. Staff members come in early because the commute on this road can be a bit of a headache if you’re late. A mix of people works in the workshop and a few are in the back office handling the orders. Measuring and double-checking is a big part of the job because the stuff we make has to fit exactly right. We aren't trying to be the loudest company out there; we just focus on getting the specs correct. Noise from the assembly area is common, but we are used to it. Tools stay organized and we keep the floor as clear as we can. It’s a practical environment where people just get on with their daily tasks without much chatter. Making sure the installations go as planned for every client is the main thing we do while keeping the production line moving.
