We are Helix Lab Tech. Our place is at 340 Malleshwaram in the Gandhinagar area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but it’s a good location for us. Malleshwaram has that old-school vibe that I really like. The lab isn't a massive high-tech facility like you see in the movies. It’s a practical workspace where we handle technical stuff. We have some equipment that takes up most of the room. It’s usually a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in. I’ve worked in labs for most of my life, so the smell of chemicals and the hum of machines feels like home to me. My colleague handles the front desk, while I stay in the back mostly. We don't have a fancy waiting room or free coffee. It’s just a place where work happens. The building at 340 is easy to find if you know the landmark nearby. We have a small sign, but it’s a bit faded from the sun. People usually call us before they come over. Gandhinagar gets pretty crowded on the weekends, so we try to finish everything by Friday evening. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to provide reliable technical help to whoever needs it in this part of town. It’s a simple living for us, and we are happy with that.
