Start with the location. Jayanagar is a nice spot but 11th Main gets really busy around noon. We spend most of our time here at number 8 in the 3rd Block. It’s just a normal office, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through piles of papers and making sure things get sent out on time. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just sit there talking until it comes back. We've been here for a while now, so the neighbors know us. You can usually find someone here by eight in the morning, usually drinking tea and looking at the schedule. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and old registers that we haven't thrown away yet. There is a small window that lets in some light, but it mostly just shows the traffic moving slowly down the road. It gets noisy when the buses go by, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the work goes. We mostly just keep our heads down and handle the export and import side of things without making much of a fuss. If you walk past the shop next door, you'll see our entrance. It’s a plain door. We don't really do much decor, just the basic stuff we need to get through the day's tasks.
