Jayalakshmi Polymers

Our place, Jayalakshmi Polymers, is situated in the Muthachari Industrial Estate over in Nayandahalli. It’s right off Mysore Road at 41/1. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. We work with polymer materials, mostly making plastic components and parts that other companies use. The floor is usually covered in some kind of scrap or dust from the machines. It’s a loud environment, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the presses. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The building is a bit old and the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but it serves its purpose. We don't do anything flashy. We just take the orders, run the machines, and pack everything up for delivery. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the old equipment quirks. It's a greasy, hands-on kind of job. We don't have a website that gets updated or a social media page. We just rely on the work we do every day to keep the lights on. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls near the back loading dock. It’s honest work and it keeps the local industry moving.
