Jatti Motors Pvt Ltd is located at 6 Mahathma Gandhi Road, right near Goragunte Palace. It’s a prime spot for a motor business because everyone passes by here. The showroom floor is where we spend most of our time, moving cars around and making sure they look decent. It’s not just about selling, though. There is a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved in getting a vehicle out the door. The floor can get a bit slippery if someone spills oil, so we’re careful about that. We have a small crew and most of us have been around cars our whole lives. You can hear the traffic from MG Road all day long, it’s like a constant hum in the background. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just some chairs and a water dispenser for when people come in. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it's busy, but we eventually find what we’re looking for. It’s an honest way to make a living. We talk to all kinds of people, from those buying their first car to those who just need a repair. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. If a car is good, we say it’s good. If it’s got an issue, we point it out. That’s just how we do things at the shop. We've got some old posters of cars from the nineties on the wall that we probably should take down, but they've been there so long they feel like part of the place now.
