We operate out of 251 Sarjapur Road in Bommasandra. It is a very busy spot, and the traffic outside can be a real nightmare during the rush hours. Our yard is filled with all kinds of stone slabs and blocks that we’ve collected over the years. It is a heavy business, and we spend a lot of time operating the lifters or just moving pieces by hand when we have to. The office is nothing special, just a small room where we keep the records and have our lunch. We don’t have any polished displays; people just walk around the yard to see what we have in stock. Sometimes the stone arrives from the quarry looking a bit different than expected, so we have to sort through it carefully. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We deal with a lot of local builders who need materials for the houses they are putting up around Bommasandra. We try to be helpful when people ask questions, but we don't use any fancy sales talk. If a piece of stone is good, it's good. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes we get behind on things when a truck breaks down or the weather gets bad, but we just keep at it. It’s just us here, making sure the stone gets where it needs to go without too much trouble.
