Our office is located in Flat No-111 at the Gitanjali Lakeview Apartments. We’re right there on Old Madras Road in Benniganahalli. It’s a busy area near Doorvaninagar, and the traffic can be a real headache some days. Being in an apartment complex makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We look out at the lake when we need a short break from the computer screens. Most of what we do involves the backend of the hotel operations. We handle the stuff that keeps the main place running, like schedules and supplier details. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have a fancy reception or a big sign outside. It’s just a door with a number. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in papers. We know the local shops for our lunch breaks. It’s a very normal way to work. We’ve been in this 560016 area for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the main road. It’s just us doing our bit to keep everything at the Windsor going smoothly from this side of town. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be for anyone.
