Itc Hotel Division

This is the Itc Hotel Division office, located at 9/1 Magrath Road in Bangalore. We’ve been operating from this spot in Karnataka for a long time, and the building has become very familiar to all of us. Magrath Road is usually quite busy, so there is always a bit of noise from the street, but we’ve learned to work through it. Our office is where the administrative side of the hotel business happens. It’s not a glamorous place like the hotels themselves; it’s just a functional space with lots of computers and filing cabinets. We spend our time managing schedules, dealing with suppliers, and keeping the books balanced. There are quite a few of us working here, and we’ve mostly been together for years, so it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere despite how busy it gets. We don't really go for the corporate polish you might expect. We’re more about just getting the work done and making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there are big events coming up, but we just put our heads down and get through it. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like the heart of the city. It’s a plain, practical way of working that keeps us focused on what actually matters in the day-to-day operations of the division.
