ISS Hicare Pvt Ltd is located at 512 Pratap Road in the Raopura area of Vasanth Nagar. It’s a solid building and we’ve been operating out of here for a good while. Most of what we do involves cleaning and making sure places are kept in good shape. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We have a team that goes out to different spots around the city, while a few of us stay here at the office on Pratap Road to handle the scheduling. It can get a bit messy with all the equipment and supplies moving in and out, but we try to keep it organized. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide a service that people need. Vasanth Nagar is a good location for us because we can get to most parts of town fairly quickly. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with our crews and making sure they have what they need for the day’s tasks. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a late start, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything, just our name on the door and a lot of work to get through. It’s a practical business run by regular people who just want to get the job done right.
