We operate out of the third floor of the Kabadapa Building. It’s over in Annayappa Layout, right in J P Nagar Sixth Phase. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. We spend most of our time out at people’s houses or shops anyway. Bug problems are common around here, especially when the weather changes. We started doing this because there was a need for it in Jaragan Halli. Our equipment is stored in the back and we are usually out the door by eight in the morning. It’s dirty work, crawling under sinks and checking corners for nests. We don’t wear suits or have a big front desk. It’s mostly just us and our tools. Sometimes we have to explain to people that things take time to clear out. We’ve seen all sorts of infestations in the buildings around here. It keeps life interesting, I guess. We try to be honest about what we can do and what might take a second visit. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually meet clients at their own locations. It saves everyone a trip. We know the layout of the city pretty well by now. We just go where the work is and try to get the job done right so the pests don't come back too soon. It’s a living, and we’ve been doing it for a while now without much fuss.
