Dealing with bugs and rats is not a job for everyone, but we have been doing it from our base at 1289/4 near Yeshwantpur and Lamington Road for quite some time. It is a busy part of the city, and honestly, that is where the pests like to hang out too. We spend most of our time out in the field, so the office is mostly just a place to store our gear and mix up what we need for the next house or shop. People usually call us when they are already having a bad day because they found something crawling in their kitchen. We try to get there as fast as we can, though the traffic around Reay Road and Chunam Lane does not always make that easy. We do not use fancy sales pitches; we just look at the problem and try to get rid of it. Our clothes usually smell a bit like chemicals by the end of the shift, but that is just how it is. We have seen some pretty messy situations over the years, from old warehouses to tiny apartments. It is not pretty work, but someone has to do it so people can sleep better at night. We are just regular folks who know how to track down where the ants are coming from. It is a steady job and we have gotten used to the surprises that come with opening up a wall or looking under a sink.
