Our office is located on Subedar Chatram Road, right near the Waghjai Mandir in Hadaosar, at number 231. It’s a place that stays pretty busy because of all the traffic coming through this part of town. We handle a lot of logistics and travel arrangements for people going between cities. The office is very simple. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for people to sit in while they wait for their paperwork, and a fan that’s always on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because of all the dust from the road, but it’s where we do our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are where they are supposed to be. Sometimes things go wrong with the traffic or a breakdown, and we have to spend hours sorting out the mess. It can be a bit chaotic at times. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy website. We just tell people the schedules and the prices as they are. We’ve been here for several years now, so most of the local drivers and regular travelers know where to find us. We often share a cup of tea with the folks from the nearby shops. It’s just a regular, local business. We don't try to be anything more than that. We just keep the links moving between the cities every day.
