Maple Imports & Exports

We are located over at No. 34 on 11th Cross in Indira Nagar, 1st Stage. It is a nice enough area with plenty of trees, though parking is always a bit of a struggle for anyone coming to visit. At Maple Imports & Exports, we basically spend our days coordinating between suppliers and buyers. It involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking on shipping containers that are halfway across the world. Our office is a bit cramped with all the paperwork we have to keep, but it's home to us. We’ve been at this for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the import-export cycle. Some weeks are incredibly quiet and then suddenly everything happens at once and we’re all staying late to finish up. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks making sure things don’t go missing. We try to be helpful when people call with questions, even if we don't always have the answer right away. The local tea stall guy knows our orders by heart because we’re out there so often. We aren't looking for awards or anything, just keeping the business running smoothly. It is a regular job and we like the routine of it. Most of the time, the biggest excitement is just a shipment arriving earlier than expected or finally clearing customs.
