If you know Bangalore, you know how BTM 1 Stage can be. It’s always moving, always loud, and full of people going somewhere. We’re right in the middle of all that at India Infoline. Our office doesn't have a complicated address, just Bangalore BTM 1 Stage, and that pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the energy here. There’s a lot of traffic outside, and the sounds of horns and bikes are just part of our daily background music. Inside, things are usually a bit hectic with people checking data and talking to customers. The desks are a bit crowded, and there’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. We don’t have a big fancy canteen, so we mostly head out to the local food joints for some dosa or coffee. It’s a very hands-on environment. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs have seen better days, but they get the job done. We’re not trying to be some high-end luxury firm; we’re just here in BTM doing the work. The weather in Bangalore is usually the best part of the day, even if the commute takes forever. We just focus on getting through the tasks and making sure the info we handle is sorted by the time we lock up the shutters in the evening.
