Our building is No. 216 in Phase 3 of the Pashamylaram industrial area. It’s out in the Medak District, so it’s a bit of a drive from the city. Most of us commute in every day. The area is full of factories and workshops, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while now. The office is just a couple of rooms attached to the main work area. It gets quite loud when the machines are running, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. It’s a practical space for practical work. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly making sure production stays on track. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or use the generator. That’s life in the industrial zone. We aren't a massive corporation, just a medium-sized outfit trying to do a decent job. Our neighbors are mostly other small plants. We share a bit of news over the fence sometimes. It’s a hardworking environment. We don't really have time for many meetings or long breaks. We just get the orders ready and ship them out when they are done. It’s straightforward work for us here, and we like that it's simple enough to understand without a manual. We just try to keep the wheels turning day after day.
