Exim Seeds

Working at Exim Seeds means spending a lot of time around Gowdarapalaya. Our place is at Madanjhapa 29. It’s a quiet enough street, tucked away from the main noise of the bigger roads. The building is an old brick one, and it stays surprisingly cool even when the weather gets hot outside. Inside, we have rows of shelves holding different packets and containers. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we have our own system that works for us. There’s a small desk near the front where we handle the paperwork, though most of the time we’re actually in the back moving stuff around. We have a small backyard where we sometimes sit during lunch breaks. It’s nothing fancy, just some plastic chairs and a lot of empty crates stacked up against the wall. The people who live nearby know us well because we’ve been at 29 for such a long time. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who show up every morning and do the work. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to get through, but usually, we’re out by six. The floors are a bit uneven, so you have to watch your step when you’re carrying a heavy load. We’ve thought about fixing the place up a bit, but honestly, it’s fine just the way it is. It’s a practical place for a practical job, and that suits our needs perfectly.
