Ind Well Solutions

We’ve been working out of the third floor here at Srinivasa Complex for quite some time now. If you know the Balaji Nagar area, you know how busy the Pune Satara Road gets during the morning rush. It’s a lot of noise and traffic right outside, but once you get upstairs to Ind Well Solutions, things settle down a bit. Our office isn’t anything fancy or high-tech looking, just a regular space with desks and some old filing cabinets that probably need replacing soon. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know each other's coffee orders and who’s going to be late because of the bus schedule. We spend most of our day handling the usual paperwork and calls that come with running a business like this. The elevator in the complex is a bit slow and sometimes it makes a funny noise, so most of us just take the stairs to the third floor anyway, which is probably better for us. It’s a practical spot to be in, even if parking is a nightmare on some days. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything, just the name on the door. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it simple and focusing on getting the work done before the sun goes down and the traffic gets bad again.
