We are tucked away over at Om Shakthi Nilaya on 4th G Street. It’s a quiet enough spot in Jugupallyabangalore if you know where to look. We deal with hospitality, mostly just making sure people have a decent place to stay or get what they need when they're away from home. Being in Bangalore, there's always something happening. Our building isn't a skyscraper, just a regular place where we get the work done. The team here is small. We spend a lot of time on the phone or fixing things up. It gets pretty hectic during the festival seasons. You learn a lot about people in this business. Some are easy to please, others not so much. We just take it as it comes. It's been a few years since we set up shop here in the 560008 area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the folks who walk through our door. Sometimes the internet goes down or the tea runs out, but we manage. It’s just how a local business runs. No big corporate meetings, just us sitting around a table figuring things out. If you’re around the street, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded but it’s there. We like it this way. It feels more real and grounded. We handle the bookings and the rooms and everything else ourselves. It keeps us busy from morning till late at night.
