I O N Exchange (India) Ltd

We are based over at Mission Road 21, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city. Being part of I O N Exchange (India) Ltd means we deal with a lot of technical stuff regarding water treatment and chemicals. Even though the company is quite large, our local office here has a more personal feel to it. You’ll find us mostly stuck in paperwork or discussing equipment specs with people who walk in. The building itself is older and has its own character, much like the rest of Mission Road. It gets quite busy outside during the rush hour, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. Our desks are usually covered in technical manuals and diagrams because that’s the nature of what we do. It’s a lot of problem-solving for local clients who need their water systems fixed or upgraded. We have a small team here and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels less like a big corporation and more like a group of specialists who just know their job inside out. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing; we'd rather just explain how a filter works in plain English. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to be helpful to anyone who comes through the door at number 21. It’s just the way we operate.
